Superb Lifestyle LLC sells its products on Amazon. This policy covers this website and Keyword Loop, an internal tool we use to manage the advertising on our own Amazon seller account. Keyword Loop is not offered to other businesses or to the public.

This website

This website does not ask for or collect personal information. It has no accounts, forms or checkout. Purchases happen on Amazon and are covered by Amazon's own privacy notice.

What Keyword Loop accesses

When our account owner signs in with Login with Amazon and approves access, Keyword Loop can read and manage our own Amazon Ads data: campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets and advertising reports. Through the Amazon Selling Partner API, it also reads our inventory and aggregated sales figures.

Keyword Loop does not request or store any Amazon customer's personal information, such as names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.

How the data is used

The data is used only to run our own advertising: reporting spend and sales, testing keywords, and pausing ads for products that are low on stock. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own use.

To suggest keywords, product listing text (titles, bullet points and search terms) may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API. No customer data is included.

Storage and security

Data is kept in a database and data files that only our account owner can access. Credentials are kept out of the code and are never shared. All connections to Amazon use encrypted HTTPS. Our security controls and incident response plan are documented and reviewed at least every six months.

Revoking access

Access granted through Login with Amazon can be removed at any time from the Amazon account's settings, under "Login with Amazon". Keyword Loop then stops working until access is granted again.
